  I have very thin deep veins and wherever I go, they always have so much trouble getting my blood. At this Northwell lab, they always get me so easily. They do so much blood Work here so they have plenty of experience. The staff is always very kind and polite.

  Completely disrespectful office. They scheduled us and had multiple calls making sure they did the type of ultrasound we needed and that they had everything they needed from our side several days out. They then waited until we were had driven 90 minutes out to the office to let us know that they don't do this scan and we had waisted taking the day off work, fasting, and delaying taking needed medication for this scan. The front desk manager was very disrespectful and refused to give us her name, only saying "I apologized I don't know what else you want me to do" and saying we could drive to masapequa instead to see if someone there could squeeze us in if that office did it. We were only able to get help by calling the main northwell line in NYC and asking to be escalated to the regional overseer who actually found an office that was reasonable and would see us.

  I’ve been coming here for years. It’s always my go to lab. They’re always quick and efficient. Someone who really stands out though is Aris. She really knows what she’s doing and goes above and beyond hence, why, after coming here for years I am writing this review today. She really went above and beyond today for me and I really appreciated it because it’s rare to find people like this these days, and this is coming from a nurse who also taught phlebotomy. I’m also pretty sure she is the same person that came to do my son‘s labs one time when nobody else could get it. Go Aris!

  All the phlebotomists are great! Little or no discomfort; quick and easy. They get you in and out pretty fast; no appointment required. I've been going here regularly since 2022. They have 3 procedure rooms. Sign-in is easy too using the pad kiosk.
