    Dr Reyes is my primary and told me to go downstairs to get checked by a cardiologist bc of my tachycardia and cholestrol calcium levels. He also told me to choose a yonder dr bc they are more informed w/the new technologies where older men/drs r stuck in their own ways. I made an appt w/Dr Goodger and was amazed. I barely finished my 1st pg of the paperwork and dr Goodger’s MA was ready to call me in. It was so pleasant f/the moment I checked in (the only guy there checked me in & was so nice then The Asian girl (4got her name even tho she introduced herself) brought me in and was so smiley. She has knack for making ppl feel comfortable n relaxed. I get white coat very easily and she explained every little ting she was doing so I always knew wat was about to happen. Really appreciated that. Girls upstairs start putting the BP cuff on u and start squeezing away. This MA explained 2 me how it’ll get snug when pumping (which I know) but it was refreshing for her to tell me every step she was doing Finally it came to meeting Dr. Goodger and she is such a nice dr!!! I didnt expect to see such a young beautiful dr. She spent 20 min w/me explaining everything thoroughly to which I really appreciated, The Asian girl came back to put the holter on me again which I never had one. once again she explained it so well I think even my child who came w/me understood the simplicity of the machine “cant have it dipped in water nom, no bathtinme for 3 days mom” we were all laughing, Downstairs is a whole other universe compared to yesterday. from the guy who checked me in, the ma who brought me in, the dr explaining everything thoroughly, then the ma who came back again who explained the holter on so welll. She then told me to bring my paper back to the guy in the front and he was able to schedule me for the next tests I needed so fast! I thought I had to wait like a month or so for the next txt, but no I got the appt within a week or 2!! I dont recommend the family medicine upstairs but downstairs is like the upside down a whole new world wit actual professionalism from the moment they check u in to the nomebt they check u out. Super professional

    Honestly, had the best experience with Dr. Goodger, the nurse practitioner who did my exam, the medical assistant, and also the entire front desk staff. Honestly, all SO accommodating and SO personable . Zero wait time as well which is incredibly rare elsewhere. 10 stars.

    I would give ZERO stars to the front desk of DENNA TECHBOORK who literally told me I was “ACTING LIKE A CHILD” then denied she insulted me- all while I’m having a medical emergency because I’ve been trying to reach my doctor since yesterday! Judy on the other hand is the best secretary and always very kind, patient and understanding. I have never been INSULTED over the phone like this. If you can’t handle having a front desk job in a medical office I suggest you don’t work for a doctors office where people need help!!! Extremely disrespectful and refused to let me leave another message for my doctor. All I wanted was to talk to my doctor when either 1 out of 3 of the doctors I see there are available, not disrespectful secretary DENNA. I have been a patient there for 10 years. She should be fired. What a disgrace, shame, and waste of “help” to have someone in the medical field treating patience’s this way. This complaint will be going further.

    This placed used to be great. Now it's a cluster just to get medication refilled. We will be switching as soon as we are able. Very sad. We loved our doctors there, but don't have time to call multiple times to ensure medication is being refilled.
