  My wife saw the doctor today around 3:15 pm and he was unbelievally obnoxious to her, maybe he was having a bad day, or the bad day was literally killing him. He spoke to her about off topic issues pointing to Elon Musk laying off people and said that is a good thing, as he knew my wife was working for the IRS. Those comments were uncalled for and were very unprofessional. My wife being the nice person she is brushed it off, if I would have been there the wole thing would have taken a wild turn. It seems gone are the days where the doctors job was to comfort the patient, this experience for my wife was straight out of hell because the secretaries also seemed to have taken after the doctor and were not in a mood to help in anyway. Needless to say we will never visit this doctor again, shame on them for treating people this way. Now that I am reading the other one star reviews I am seeing the same rhetoric - trul this does not even deserve a one star but if we dont select that this review cannot posted.

  Rude staff. Just bought glasses online from Eyeconic and was looking to have them checked and adjusted. Eyeconic promoted getting a free adjustment at a local provider. You bring an Eyeconic form to the doctor and I believe the provider gets reimbursed from Eyeconic for their work. Receptionist said they don't offer this service and wouldn't want to adjust glasses bought online. When I mentioned that they are listed as offering this service on the Eyeconic site, she argued with me.

  Doctors are great but the people at the front desk aren't. They treat their patients horribly. One of them even insulted me by saying I couldn't speak English. When I was clearly speaking to her in English with no problem. To make an appointment I had to reenter my personal information when I've already been there and did that in person. A waste of my time. They need to work on their efficiency and friendliness.
