DR Kimberly McNicholl is friendly, a great listener, and very thorough. She took time to listen to and address all my concerns. The office is clean and comfortable. I highly. recommend

My husband was against wearing hearing aids, the audiologist was so patient and was able to convince him to wear them. In addition the secretary is friendly and is very welcoming.
