  I have nothing but praise both for my amazing hearing aids and the wonderful staff who assisted me. Bridget and Dr. McNicholl are caring, friendly and knowledgeable. These are not my first pair of hearing aids so I can be objective in my praise. Ask about "Roger" who connects to the hearing aids. It is amazing!

  Extremely kind. They truly go out of their way to be sure you receive excellent care. Instead of trying to sell you on a product, they are insuring that your needs are not just 'met', but exceeded. I am very, very pleased.

  For a octogenarian, today's hearing aides can be complicated. I still have difficulty using my I-phone and was worried that I would not be able to use my hearing aides Blue tooth option. I made an appointment to see my very capable audiologist, Dr. Heffron, at his Smithtown office and was pleasantly surprised. Doctor has always been very knowledgeable and professional during all my visits but this one was special; Blue Tooth would greatly enhance my hearing capability. Dr. Heffron was patient and informative; he went through the maneuvers he had to make and instructed me on the use of the phone. While I am still not proficient with this device, however, I am well on the road since it does not look too difficult now. I thank Dr. Heffron for combining his knowledge & his personality; when combined these two traits were perfect. He was pleasant and, like always, willing to answer all my questions. He made my session informative and lighthearted. I know he will be there whenever I need him. Happy Holidays Joan O'Grady

  Finally my hearing is good again thanks to people who know what they are doing and care about their patients
