  I could not have been happier with the work, professionalism, care, and results I received at Cohn's Plastic Surgery, PC. From the moment I stepped into their offices for my first consultation until my final follow-up appointment more than three (3) months later, I was greeted and treated with patience, compassion, and understanding. I hope to not need plastic surgery again, but if I do there is no doubt that I will be returning to Cohn's! Thank you!

  After a Mohs closure with another provider, I had concerns about my healing from the beginning, but they were often dismissed. Nearly two years later, I was still struggling with my scar and feeling unsure after multiple consultations. Dr. Cohn was my final consultation, and I immediately felt I had found the right provider. He was transparent, patient, and gave me both surgical and non-surgical options, which helped ease a lot of my anxiety. We ultimately chose surgical revision, and I could already see improvement right after the procedure. More importantly, Dr. Cohn has been incredibly empathetic and attentive throughout the entire process. I never feel rushed, and he and his staff are always responsive and supportive. These procedures are truly a journey over months, and he continues to guide and support me to maximize my results. Several weeks out, I’m very happy with my healing and can clearly see his skill and attention to detail. I’m so grateful to have found a doctor I trust and would highly recommend him to anyone navigating a similar decision.

  If I could give beyond 5 stars I would, I am so thankful I found this practice. Dr Cohn is absolutely amazing in everything that he says and does! Absolute Genius Great bedside manner, Has an extreme amount of knowledge for any question. All of the people that worked there are so kind and generous I’ve never Been in an office where everybody is on point and has a great morale. Dr Cohn takes his time with you prepares you for what is about to be done. He dedicates time and you can tell it. It’s genuine. I would give this an overall hundred stars!!!!!! I’m going back in three months with great hopes that he can do something no other surgeon can do. I believe he will be able to do the job!

  I had a revision rhinoplasty with Jason Cohn, DO, and my experience was very disappointing. After surgery, the dorsum of my nose was left scarred and discolored in two places. This has been very noticeable and not the outcome I expected from a revision procedure. I understand that surgery has risks, but the result has been difficult to live with and far from what I had hoped for. Especially when the incision is on the columella. This means that the additional scarring is a technical issue on his part. Another major issue was the insurance situation. Before the procedure, I was told the index operation would be covered by insurance. However, I later received significant charges from my insurance company because the provider was considered out-of-network. That was a costly surprise and something I wish had been much clearer beforehand. If you are considering surgery here, I strongly recommend confirming insurance network status directly with your insurer and asking very detailed questions about billing before proceeding. I would also suggest researching other facial plastic surgeons in the Suffolk County area before making a decision. There are more well known names in the area. You get what you pay for...

  I had both upper eyelids surgery done with Dr Cohn I'm and I could not be any happier. The results are great! I look awake and happy and I don't look tired anymore and nobody can tell that I had any surgery and it's amazing. I feel great ! Dr Cohn and his staff are amazing. I highly recommend Dr Jason Cohn!
