  Whoever "Jean" is at this office or hub is a miserable, uncommunicative, rude human being. I was disconnected after being on the phone for 40 minutes. They did not respond after I answered THEIR question and when I said hello, to ensure they were still on the line the response was laughter. If someone is attempting to schedule a STAT appointment from another office, just a reminder for you "Jean"....kindness goes a long way.

  My son had visit today and the nurses were so patient he was really scared and upset but the nurses work together and put him at ease he ended up having a great visit!
