  I am extremely disappointed with the level of care I received at this office. During a very serious and emotionally difficult pregnancy complication, I expected guidance, communication, and support from my prenatal provider. After being evaluated by a specialist who identified significant concerns, the specialist contacted this office directly. Despite this, I never received a follow-up call, guidance, or any form of outreach from my provider. As a patient, especially during pregnancy, you should never be left feeling alone, confused, or unsupported—yet that is exactly what happened to me. This experience has caused me to lose trust in this practice. I am sharing this so other women understand the importance of choosing a provider who will communicate and be present during critical moments of care. I hope the office reflects on this and improves how they follow up with patients in urgent and sensitive situations.

  Horrible. Always a long wait for appointments for doctors to rush you during the appointment. Front desk staff is not very pleasant. One lady working the phones will constantly put you on hold and never come back to the phone line. (If you call again with a male answering, usually he will help quickly) And nurses are very dismissive with your concerns, specifically had a bad experience with Denise giving false information and dismissing my urgent concerns.

  I highly recommend this clinic. My wife and I have been visiting this site for Northwell for our soon to come baby, we love it. The Doctors are very attentive and friendly. The staff is very service oriented. They have answered our questions and concerns and always have a great punctuality to attend their patients. They have also accommodated us, when if for any reason, we needed to change a date. Dr. Walsh and Dr. Paul have been wonderful to the care of my wife and her prenatal care.

  Staff is horrible. Gives incorrect answers and send me to runaround for getting a simple task done. No one knows anything or what’s going on. Waste of time and energy. Long wait at the office, just for the doctor to see you for 5 minutes. Rude immature nurse/PA/front desk staff. Made fun of my name multiple times. Extremely unprofessional.
