  Bad customer service. People at the front desk do not seem to know what they are doing. Looks like they just do stuff on the fly and do not have solid standard operating procedures in place to provide accurate information. Will be looking for a new doctor after this experience.

  Warning all patients that require physical therapy, do not take sign up here. I did and they are charging excessive amount per visit, about $1000 per services per session. Paying out of pocket at a private place that does not take insurance will be cheaper, and their therapist are not as good. Generic services with a luxury price tag.

  Gastroenterology very unprofessional. I waited over a month for an appointment and they wouldn't see me. You should be more clear about the policy's when you confirm patients appointments.
