  Late for my scheduled visit due to a lengthy MRI. They rescheduled me automatically and my wait time was minimal when I finally returned.

  Service at the Northwell Health Phelps Hospital lab was poor. Staff communication felt rude and dismissive, and basic professionalism was lacking. Hoping management addresses this.

  Rachel at the Phelps lab was great! Friendly, professional and excellent at drawing blood. I did not feel anything! She should be training others in phlebotomy practice if she isn't already.
