  Dr duffy is great. But the secretaries at the front desk do not know how to handle calls in at all. Youll sit on hold and they will hang up and then youll have to call again. They need to do better. I plan on reporting a major complaint when i come to office

  Went in for a covid test. In severe pain for two days but because their covid rapid tests are on backorder, I was told by them that I have to wait 48 hours. So here I am, in my bed, in severe agony with no meds to help. BTW, their suggestions of using Tylenol and cough medicine do not work. I have never and I mean NEVER felt this sick in my entire life. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO SHIRLEY NORTHWELL HEALTH EVERRR AGAIN!!!!

  I originally went here to been seen for a swollen foot and leg that I've had on and off for months. The receptionists and the nurses are all wonderful there. It's the 2 doctors I saw. First I saw Dr. Ramkissson, he said "you saved your life coming in" and said I had diabetes. He said i had to make a appointment for a regular check up and still left with no answers to my swollen foot and leg. Came back a week after I go get all of the blood work done and what not. Got the bloodwork back and only a prediabetic. (Barely) had the blood results a day later here I am a week later still no phone call to go over my blood work. Phone in a glucose meter but never told me what to do if it's high or low. Ridiculous that I have no clue what to do and wait a week and who knows how much longer for a phone call.

  Dr Chadha is wonderful. I am unhappy with the Sunday staff. I went there Sunday at 1:20 and asked to be seen as I wasnt feeling well. I was told to come back at 3:15 because they have to go to lunch. The receptionist told me I can go to CityMD as they are opened. They are busy because Manorville is sending their patients to them. I'm extremely upset about this as I am a patient of Northwell and never had an issue getting an appt before. Even as a walk in.
