Never a problem to teach you on a new machine and I'm always seeing smiles on the way in. Special shout out to Billy, the manager who's very helpful with Amy situation I've had. Also the overnight crew is terrific! Everyone there has made working out a more pleasant experience.

Even though there’s a Planet Fitness closer to me, I choose to drive a little farther to come to this location because the positive energy, cleanliness, and customer service make all the difference. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a friendly staff member — not someone distracted by their phone. The entire team is welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The equipment is consistently in perfect working order, and the facility is spotless, which says a lot about how well the staff maintains it. You can tell they take pride in keeping the gym clean, organized, and comfortable for everyone. I highly recommend the Shirley Planet Fitness to anyone looking for a great place to work out!
