  I’m honestly not sure why Northwell Health has such low reviews, because my experience has been nothing short of wonderful from start to finish. The front desk staff are consistently kind, efficient, and knowledgeable — and if they don’t have an answer, they go out of their way to find it. Even staff who aren’t directly helping you will greet you warmly and make you feel welcome. Dr. Duffy, in particular, is absolutely outstanding — truly a five-star doctor. She’s attentive, caring, and fun to talk to. She listens, gives thoughtful advice, and makes each appointment feel collaborative and comfortable. I moved here from out of state and was worried about transferring all my medical history and medications, but Dr. Duffy made the process seamless. The transition from California to Texas was tough, but from Texas to New York it was easy and stress-free thanks to her help. Their referral system is another major plus. After a visit, you can hand your referral slip to the front desk, and a specialist will schedule your appointment for you and provide all the details — it couldn’t be simpler. Of course, you can still schedule things yourself if you prefer, but the extra support is such a bonus. The staff overall is exceptional — especially the lady at checkout (I believe her is named Kiara, that definitely could be wrong, I apologize if it is — she’s always so sweet and helpful). Even the waiting room has a friendly, positive vibe, and the facility itself is clean, welcoming, and feels brand new. If you’re looking for a primary care provider in the Shirley area, I highly recommend Northwell Health. They accept my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, and I truly couldn’t ask for a better healthcare experience. Right next to the Applebee's on William Floyd Parkway.

  Brought my father here on Sunday. The staff could not have been nicer!! I called first to find out what time they were open until and I spoke with Kaitlyn. So kind and even nicer in person. The medical assistant Joy was also super nice. The doctor was Dr. Kimberly Duffy. Spent time with us. No rush. Explained things thoroughly. If I could give 10 stars I would
