  Staff are so rude on a Saturday. They don’t care at all about the walkins but will stand around waiting for the next appointment to walk in. Terrible customer services. You should be including the walkins as you go through the scheduled ones not standing around.

  The worst! Quest diagnostic should be out of business for denying patients laboratory testing due to a balance on their account! Laboratory testing Is crucial to patient care and denying testing regardless of a balance that can be delt with by alternatives means should never compromise a patients health!

  Checked in as a walk in and had an estimated wait of 30-60 minutes. After waiting an hour and a half I dedicated to walk out and go some where else. The communication is non existent with a check in kiosk and workers who seem very over worked and stressed. Not a great place to go!
