From the moment I entered the receptionist/nurse who I feel so guilty I didn’t ask her name was so sweet and understanding. You can tell Dr. Sherz is a professional at what she does and has lots of experience. And Jessica helped explain the whole billing process. Helped me choose frames that best suited me financially and physically. Overall smooth appointment from beginning to end. Thank you for the great service you all provide.
