I scheduled an appointment three days in advance, was told that my insurance was all good and wasted my morning driving 20 minutes only to be met with a wall of professional negligence. Upon arrival, I was told,with a breathtaking level of indifference,that the ophthalmologist on duty doesn’t accept my insurance when WE were explicitly told over the phone that the insurance we had was not an issue. This wasn't a clerical error; it was a total failure of character. The staff didn’t just fail at their jobs; they were actively hostile. Instead of an apology or a solution, I was met with apathy and a "not my problem" attitude. They treat people like a nuisance rather than human beings. It is rare to encounter a team so harmoniously committed to being unhelpful, unprofessional, and profoundly rude. They don’t just lack organization; they lack a basic pulse of human decency. They will watch you waste your gas, your time, and your patience, and then treat you like you’re the inconvenience for noticing. Do yourself a favor: find a practice that actually values people. This place is a black hole of service and well you can't get any worse for your bucks.
