  A screw came off the frame of my eyeglasses and I took them in where I was greeted warmly as usual and the optician promptly replaced the screw at no charge. As always, great kindness and service by the entire staff.

  I had a great experience getting my glasses and contacts. Jessica was incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire process. I was very indecisive while trying on different frames, but she never made me feel rushed and took the time to help me find the pair I was truly happy with. She was attentive, helpful, and made the whole experience really comfortable. Overall, it was a great visit and I really appreciated her excellent customer service.

  We visited this store several weeks ago to check them out after having had extremely poor service at our previous vender we had for years. Our experience with this store has been awesome. The entire staff is very friendly, helpful and engaging! In fact we were back again today for our 3rd visit for a second pair of glasses we ordered because of how great our experience has been! We highly recommend this location if you want to be treated as a valued customer!

  This is my second visit at this office and love that this location is opened on Saturday’s. Dr. Scherz and her staff are amazing. I felt genuine care here and everyone is very kind and patient. Dr. Scherz gave me a thorough exam and had recommended better contacts and prescription for me to use. Shoutout to the amazing staff, Olga, Shajuana, and Jessica for treating me very well.

  I had a very frustrating experience with this office during what should have been a routine contact lens renewal. My original appointment was cancelled and rescheduled a full month later, which was inconvenient but manageable. At the rescheduled visit, I clearly stated that I wanted to continue with the same contact lens brand I’ve successfully worn for the past five years. Despite that, the doctor prescribed a different brand without explanation, apparently because the office does not carry my current lenses. What was particularly concerning was that the doctor was unfamiliar with Warby Parker, which is a well-known eyewear provider. That lack of awareness did not inspire confidence. When I requested an updated prescription for the brand I’ve consistently used, the office refused to provide it. Instead of addressing my questions directly over email, they took two weeks to follow up by phone, and then suggested I schedule a second appointment — which would have required another copay — just to resolve an issue that should have been handled during the original visit. Overall, the experience felt dismissive, poorly communicated, and unnecessarily complicated. I would not recommend this practice if you value transparency and patient-centered care.
