I waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment and the doctor did not take anytime to answer my questions. My eye exam was rushed and as a result done incorrectly -- I received an exam at Warby Parker with a very different prescription a week later. They also overcharged my based on my insurance policy and were incredibly rude. Very disheartening because have had a positive experience here in the past
