    Update - they have me listed as "No Show" so I can't reschedule online. TERRIBLE SERVICE. had a scheduled eye exam appointment at 11 AM. I got there on time and waited 20 minutes without being seen. When I asked how late things were running the person had no answer. I left and will reschedule with a different store.

    Everyone was knowledgable, efficient, and very kind. From the eye exam to selecting right glasses, the whole process was smooth and pleasant. Traci explained the different types of glasses and their features and how the prices will be affected with different choices, etc. This place has never disappointed me over the years.

    Im not too pleased with the service at this store. My daughter spent over $300 for her glasses and they were sitting in the store for a week. I called and was told they're ready. And i asked did they just come in and she said you should have received a text. I do not understand why a simple phone call isn't made when they come in. We had no idea. And texts can be overlooked. But when we picked them up the lady was rude. I did mention that they were in for a week and we didn't know, all she said you should have received a text. No apologies or anything. They need to improve that method seriously.
