- AAAna3 days ago5.0Natalya is such a great instructor. She quickly became one of my favorites. I started my Pilates journey end of last year and I am hooked. I love it. I recommend it to everyone. The scarsdale location is clean, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The instructors are great. I regret not starting this earlier.

She is very knowledgeable of the Pilates method and keeps a great flow, smoothly transitioning us from one exercise to another. I always end up wishing the class were longer, but feel the burn for days after.
