For a type A person as myself, I very much appreciate this approach. As a classical trained instructor I feel like I’m in good hands with Keeba as I learn the fundamentals of Pilates.

She is very knowledgeable of the Pilates method and keeps a great flow, smoothly transitioning us from one exercise to another.
