  I am glad I ignored the negative reviews. I went to this lab twice once on March 7 2026 and again on March 16 2026. On March 7 (Saturday) I was a walk-in (for some reason. I didn’t even think to check to see if I could make a reservation.) I went at 9:30 am on a Sat morning and during the check-in a notice said the wait may take 30 minutes to an hour. Then there was another message saying there was no one on the waitlist and I was called 10 minutes later after arrival. LaTanya was the technician who drew my blood was very personable, professional, caring and efficient. Today, March 16 (Monday) - I had made an appointment over the weekend online and the check-in was once again easy. I was called promptly at 9:30 am and was in and out in 10 minutes. Erika was the technician. She was also friendly, caring, professional and efficient. Note: I needed to provide my insurance card and driver’s license/ID on their reader (it’s self check-in on a touch screen terminal) each time so have those handy. If you book an appointment online, you have the option to enter your insurance and drivers license details at that time. I waited to do at check-in.

  The most filthy, unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. The staff is lazy, unprofessional, and will do everything and anything to not do their job correctly. Pick somewhere else if you care about your health.

  I have been to this location for blood work 4 times, 3 of the 4 times have been bad experiences. The most recent visit (which will be the last time I ever go) the tech was extremely unprofessional airing her personal issues to me and speaking bad about the practice. During my blood draw the flow stopped mid draw, she then had to go to my other arm and couldn't find the vein. I had to call it quits mid way through and was unable to complete my bloodwork. Two weeks later my arm is still hurting me and I now have to go to my PC doctor to make sure there is no real damage to my vein. I have never experienced long term soreness like this this after getting blood taken. I don't ever leave reviews like this but since this is medical and people go here for medical services I think its important to let people know that I would not recommend going here to get blood taken. :/
