    I’ve been with this company over 15 years since I got hurt. They are national seating and mobility now and there is no way to directly contact the store. They have a call center in Tennessee that receives all their calls. I called Tuesday as an emergency And the Call center said I would have a callback immediately. It is now Friday and I have contacted them over eight times. There is no way possible to reach the physical location of the store. As an avid wheelchair user, We deserve better communication from a company. We have been so loyal to. This is really disheartening and it seems like this company is going down the drain. Very unhappy with my latest experience. This is unacceptable!

    Worst customer service..just keep transferring you & have to explain what’s wrong a million times…Stairlift keeps beeping on A-1. They didn’t call me to confirm tomorrow morning appointment…customer service said she’s transferring me to scheduling dept ..kept on hold ..nobody picks up…have to leave another msg.

    Home medical equipment does not return calls. They don’t give a hoot about you and your chair. Corporate says the rule is call and wait 48 hrs. If they don’t call back, call again!!! Awful

    They take to long to do actual repairs and their customers service is not good. They do do in home repairs but one technician i do not know his name but he is the one that comes to staten Island ny he has a bad attitude and he is a no show and then lies about showing up. When he does show up his demeanor is bad. When i first recieved my second chair from them the screws all fell out the second day the arm fell. The chair was not put together right i do not recommend this place at all

    We recently had home medical equipment installed in our home for the first time. It was a new process for us, and we had an excellent experience with Kevin L. He explained the process, worked with us on insurance/cost, and developed a plan we were comfortable with. He saw the project through and was professional and easy to work with. The equipment is exactly as explained, and we are happy with the result. We would recommend the company and Kevin to anyone looking for home medical equipment.
