- LVleo vilMay 24, 20241.0Horrible customer service at the front desk. Very rude and unpolite. especially the indian lady and the senior lady with the glasses. They were upset because I came in 30 minutes before closing and they didnt even say thank you for coming in and have a good day. Never acknowledged that there was a customer in the store. Never going back. I will forward a complaint with corporate as well.

They squeezed me for a same day vision exam while I was in the area, the front desk staff was so helpful, the doctor made me feel so comfortable, and the sales agent was such a pleasure to work with. Recently, my five year old daughter needed an eye exam and became a first time eyeglass wearer. She felt so comfortable with Wayne and his staff, she can't wait for her next exam! They're always professional and courtesy. The eye exams are very thorough and never rushed. Wayne always makes sure our vision needs are fully met and answers any questions we may have, even if they're days later. They have a large inventory of sunglasses, contact lenses and eyeglass frames, including a variety of the latest designer styles, and even ones for on a budget. If you have any vision or optical needs, come see Wayne and his staff at Pearl Vision in Roslyn. I highly recommend them. 👍👍
