- MMM&MFeb 22, 20242.0The optometrist had very poor bedside manners and didn’t even introduce herself when she walked into the room. There was pressuring to do imaging and the cashier rang up my benefits wrong despite me showing her the paperwork. I ended up returning to my old optometrist out of pocket to just receive a better experience and more confidence in the service.

This was my first time getting progressive lenses. Grace took her time explaining how they work and what to expect from them. She also helped me pick out some nice frames 😊 When I returned to pick them up, she made sure that they felt comfortable and that I understood how to use them.
