We have met with them 4 times and they have the wrong part. The worst customer care. I think they are just waiting for the chair to be replaced

His installation crew Jared & Joe were absoutely courteous, professional & competent craftsmen. They arrived on a sweltering 100 degree day and just knocked it out. They took the time to demonstrate, & explain the features and operation of the stairlift to me. Performed a trial run with the patient on board and adjusted things tailored to the patient's needs. I would highly recommend HME to anyone in need of ADA compliant equiptment needs.
