  I had a positive experience at Quest Diagnostics in Rockville Centre, NY. I needed to get an ammonia blood test along with a few other tests, and I had tried calling multiple Quest locations nearby, but none of them were picking up the phone, including this one. Since this location is on the Mercy Hospital campus, I figured it would have the best chance of being able to handle the test, so I decided to make an appointment. When I arrived, I was taken in immediately after checking in. The location itself is very easy to find, with Quest Diagnostics flags placed all over the campus that clearly guide you to the exact building. The employees were very nice and professional, and they were able to draw my blood in one shot without any issues. Overall, everything was smooth and efficient, and I left very satisfied with the experience.

  Alyssa was great. Had me in and out in quite literally 5 minutes. Booked my appt same morning 30 mins prior. Location is in Ryan Building in back of the Catholic Health lot. Follow Google Maps. Quickest visit of my life. 😂

  Location is almost impossible to find. If you get an email link for the address, it will take you somewhere else and you'll end up missing your appointment.

  Don’t take your child here it’s in no way shape or form kid friendly I had to walk out
