My dissatisfaction with my recent experience. Despite having a confirmed appointment for my son, I was informed by staff that no appointment was on record and that no additional slots were available after I had already waited for 30 minutes.
I presented both my confirmation text and proof of check-in, yet my appointment was still not honored, and I was ultimately turned away. This situation reflects a significant breakdown in scheduling and customer service.
If Quest cares about reviews and its reputation they should look qt how there locations are being run.

A possible unpleasant appointment turned out to be a very positive one!
Rosanna was very courteous, friendly, professional, and gentle. Having my blood drawn was very easy with her. She was thorough and made the whole thing seamless!
Big shout out to Henny Needleman who was my lab technician she was kind, friendly, gentle and generous. She made my experience an absolute pleasure. One of the best… keep up the good work Honey.
My anxiety level heightens each time I'm scheduled for bloodwork, because its challenging accessing a vein from my arms...till I met Alissa out of RVC quest.
She's patient, skilled, and,knowledgeable. Alissa, thank you for decreasing my anxiety/stress each time I come for bloodwork.
Quest please give Alissa a raise for her professionalism, she represents you well🙂
