  The nursing and Healthcare staff here is absolutely magnificent. Truly professional and caring beyond words. For some reason, we’ve struggled quite a bit to find some personal property that we had in our room when mom was transferred to surgery. This has been a significant struggle over the past 24 hours for materials that are virtually irreplaceable from this perspective. We are extremely irritated and disappointed. I am unsure as to why there's such a lack of disregard to recover this, especially for someone who needs these materials to feel comfortable at such a vulnerable period. This has us rethinking our decision for care in the future despite us coming here repeatedly in years past as local RVC residents. For this immediate reason above, we would like to give them one star, but it’s the ongoing care from the healthcare staff that raised the bar.
