I have been using NYU for years, this is the worst place . Dr Rosman was my endo in the previous location where she moved from around November last year . I use a monthly medication for osteoporosis and was left without med for 7 month .,they scheduled me for May , so unprofessional. I left several messages to schedule my injection, nobody never called me back . Fortunately, I found a responsive endo in another place . Don’t use this place . The most unprofessional, uncaring people.

Not the friendliest staff. Dr. Steven Lomasky is very creepy. Gave a weird vibe while being examined by him. When you call about a question they do not call you back or pick up the phone. A very strange setup they have. I switched endocrinologists for this reason. Just a very strange situation they have going on there. I wish I had a better answer for how I feel. But it was just an uncomfortable weird vibe the doctor gave off.

This place honestly deserves 0 stars. I was spoken to very unprofessional and rudely by one of the receptionists Jessica. When I called the office manager Amy to let her know about my experience, she didn’t call me back. I left 3 messages on 3 consecutive days and finally received a call back after calling 4 or 5 times. She didn’t even apologize for the things what were said. All she had to say was “it’s been taking care of , goodbye” They refuse to refill my medicine and told me if I don’t like it I can go to another practice. Lastly, I tried to see a different doctor within their practice and they claim that’s not allowed. When I ask why, they connect me to Amy (the office manager) who again, doesn’t return my calls. Please save your time and do not come to this office.
