  Drs are great. Front desk is so rude. I’ve dealt with them for a couple years now just to avoid the hassle of going to a new office but I’ve finally had enough. I dread calling or having to deal with them, always so much attitude and snarky comments. I think the manager is allowing this because there’s no way they are comfortable to speak to patients parents the way they do for as long as they have. I’m moving both my sons to another office.

  Im giving 2 stars because I love my childs doctor. If i was rating off the doctor 5 stars. HOWEVER their front desk staff is atrocious, not all of them but a select few. And the nurse is questionable at this point. I brought my son in, doctors orders last minute because he was ill. My main reason for this review is that they called my child "it" with a tone of disgust. It was EOD and after sitting in the lot for an hour waiting in the pouring rain I noticed it was empty and although they close at 630 their phones were on after hours calls at 545 so i could not get in touch with them their doors were locked and no communication so i assume they forgot about us in the lot. I went a knocked because i had to use the restroom they let us in and they said we could sit in there however everything was off so I could hear everything. You had a nurse reluctant to do anything not an M.A a nurse and then her conversation with the front desk receptionist was disgusting. My child is a HUMAN not an "IT". They proceeded to discuss my child in an annoyed/disgusted tone like such: "oh ITS probably going to need a note or something" "well im not doing it everything is off" "but IT's like 11months IT probably has a nanny or daycare" and i assumed they were not talking about my child UNTIL the receptionist called me name & said "will the child be needing a note for daycare" and i was SHOCKED they had a whole annoyed conversationg calling my son "IT" if you do not like your job or you cannot handle staying late pick a job where you get out at your scheduled time. Do not pick a job that requires late hours occasionally and compassion for humans. The doctor needed to run tests for my child and the ENTIRE office left without notice including the nurse so the doctor had to order, administer, and send the test for my child. As a healthcare worker and someone who worked in pediatrics their behaviour in this office particularly at the front desk is atrocious. Their phone skills are trash, they have zero person skills theyre abrupt and rude. And if it wasnt for Dr.Fink being so good we would be else where which i am aware is no hair of their backs theres 7 mill other people willing to go here but it does not make the behavior acceptable. Children are people too they are not "IT" or things.

  No one picks up the phone when trying to make an appointment for my son. When I do have an appointment takes about 1.5 hours to be seen. Do not go here.
