  Hands down, the best experience I have had purchasing glasses was from here (and I have been wearing glasses for 30 years)! They have an excellent selection of funky frames, and I loved trying on a bunch and narrowing down to my favorite. The owners and staff are friendly, helpful, and def know their stuff when it comes to glasses. Cannot recommend this adorable couple-owned shop enough. So much better than the cookie cutter glasses place experiences I have always had before now.

  I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Sterling Optical in Henrietta! 10 out of 10 across the board. Melinda and Henry, who handle the scheduling and fitting, are outstanding and make you feel truly valued. Dr. Beth was also incredibly efficient and kind, making the whole process seamless. What really blew me away was their customer service. I had called to check on my glasses during a busy day when I had a phone interview for a new position at my company. They were so respectful of my schedule, promised to call me back at a specific time, and actually followed through exactly when they said they would. They even went the extra mile to ask how my interview went when they called to let me know my glasses were ready! Truly the best service I’ve ever had for eyewear. Highly recommend!

  I visited a store in the marketplace mall and I had the worst customer service experience. I came in and looked at a few glasses and decided which ones I wanted. I didn’t get any service until I told them I wanted to actually buy it. They probably thought that I was going to confiscate them without purchasing them. I felt like I was being profile that’s just my opinion.

  Melinda and Henry are very kind and helpful! I walked in randomly looking for glasses, I already had a prescription. Melinda helped me choose the ones I wanted, which is great cause I can be very indecisive. They don’t try and upsell you on anything, but of course the option is there. The reality of getting frames is they don’t always fit, I showed up within the next few days and got them readjusted no problem. Definitely recommend!
