  Al the owner is a great guy. Can’t say enough about the service and kindness radiating from this business. Honest and patience go a long way and they have this in abundance. The wife and I have been going here for years and years and have never gone anywhere else because why go anywhere else? Always had a great time and experience here Hard to comment on the price of their products. Prices are fair, in the middle maybe? (I actually have no idea), but my point is that the quality of the staff and atmosphere and everything else makes going here an easy decision. It’s nice knowing you’re putting your money towards good people too you know.

  Dr.ciopyk was very helpful very quick and informational even though I had a simple prescription. Where the lost me and now I have to find a new place is the guy that fits and orders the glasses was such a condescending jerk. I brought my own glasses in and he told me they look like replicas and proceeded to keep insinuating they were not authentic saying things like “if they are worth what you say I’ll put them in the safe in the back”. Just unnecessarily confrontational. He even stated he only seen one other frame like it so to say of yea these are fakes was kind of odd since he has no knowledge of street wear brands. After I stopped engaging with him he tried to soften up the conversation but the damage was already done I won’t be returning there. I’m 100 percent sure if I was a white woman he wouldn’t have questions the authenticity at all.

  My husband and I went into Sterling Optical today for an updated exam and glasses for myself and a first time eye exam for him! From start with making the appointment with Tristan to finish with Ashley fitting my husband's glasses perfectly, it was wonderful! Our glasses were done in an hour (which shocked me because I've always waited a week) and we are both looking into 2026 with fresh eyes! I can't thank you all enough for the wonderful visit and the optometrist, truly amazing and makes you feel heard! You can't beat the service this location offers. Keep up the amazing job Sterling Optical, see you in 12 months! 😎

  I brought my mom here to Sterling because she was persistent that there was "something" that can help her see, while facing the realization of recently being diagnosed as legally blind. The owner Allen, Dr Outinen and the young lady at the desk were all awesome. Dr Outinen took the time to explain where she is with her vision and what her options are. I highly recommend.
