  I would recommend urgent care before going here, I got rescheduled 3 times for absolutely nothing! Hopping around from doctor to doctor because certain doctors don’t do certain things (paperwork wise) so I ended up scheduled with Dr. Jennifer B. THE WORST. Her personality sucks, she’s overly sarcastic and belittles you it feels like.. she Loses paperwork or just does not care enough to get what she needs done for her patients.. she only cares about her license which is understandable because she’s a new doctor but your patients should be what you care about as well in this work field. Long story cut short 3 weeks going in circles with this office to get nothing I needed handled bc they simply just don’t do it bc of licensing reasons. I would give it 0 stars if I could simply bc of how they treat people . Don’t get me wrong, If you’re 65+ they’ll treat you great! It’s a pick and choosing game.

  It took at least 3 weeks to get a routine prescription filled. I called for help in correcting the problem, left on hold , transferred around. 3 phone calls to my express script provider, they informed me they made 3 attempts without any reply. My test results were mailed to me without explanation. They did not care to resolve their internal confusion. They told me to find a new doctor . Very unprofessional and lack of care from health care providers. The problem is not so much the staff it is the PA that I was under her care and the nurse. Very disappointing
