  Refused to order contact lenses for me using the prescription from my eye doctor. Said I'd have to go in for an eye exam from them first. Well they can go shake down someone else.

  I highly recommend Olivia, the Apprentice Optician at this location (visited in March 2026). I had some issues with my previous pair of glasses and Olivia took the time to figure out exactly what was wrong even though I was clueless and struggled to articulate why my vision felt off with them. She described it as "fish bowl vision," which was spot on, then repaired and adjusted my old frames and helped me pick out a new pair that were perfect, a huge improvement to my previous pair. She was super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and I would trust her not only with vision issues but also for any routine visit, as she went above and beyond to help me pick out frames that matched my style and face. Thank you, Olivia!

  Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The system went down and they still made it work. Not a huge selection of glasses as some other locations, but was very happy.

  Making the appointment was super easy. I like that I can make my own appointment online. Upon arrival, I was taken right in, and the doctor was very patient with me. I feel confident that my prescription will be perfect, as he took a lot of time with me. They have a great selection of glasses in many different price ranges. I found several I liked. Employees were extremely helpful while choosing frames. I needed two pairs because of computer work. I ended up getting both pairs in the same style because I liked it so well. I would highly recommend.

  We have gone to a few eye doctors with disappointment in the experiences. We decided to try Pearle Vision in Pittsford Plaza. We were very impressed! We were greeted immediately by Brooke at the desk. She was witty and personable- perfect for that position. They were running on time which is always appreciated. The doctor was knowledgeable and quickly called in a referral to Cornerstone for treatment. I'm thankful for a positive experience at Pearle.
