  I love coming here for my glasses. The Dr that does my eye exams is very nice and professional. I never have to wait when I have an appointment. I had an 8 yr gap between exams and they still had all my information on file and got me right in. The ladies out front that assist with picking and ordering your frames are absolutely amazing! Even with all the different customers/patients they have coming through there every day, they still remember me by name. Picking out frames can be a very tedious and overwhelming task but they make it easy and fun! They are very knowledgeable about how to get the best prices and what coupons can be used. I can't imagine getting my glasses from anywhere else.

  At the Jefferson Rd store, Diantha went above and beyond to help me with my glasses. I didn't have my card, so she took all of my information and let me call her early the next day to settle everything. She was so friendly and kind and made me feel right at home as soon as I walked into the store! This is now the only place I'll come to buy glasses. Diantha has the most amazing customer service I've ever seen! We need more people like Diantha in this world. -M. Young
