Dr. Outinen is great, he takes the time to answer all your questions and no rush like other places. Olivia is awesome too! She is the sweetest and super fun. This is so far, the best experience i had getting glasses. Finally a place that does them right from the beginning.Thank you !
- TSTrina SelbyAug 19, 20255.0We had a repair emergency when traveling from out of town when my grandson’s eyeglass stem broke. We stopped at Pearle and they were very accommodating to fix them. We had to leave for a scheduled tour on the Sam Patch boat and possibly couldn’t get back in time before they closed. Not only did they fix the glasses, they called and arranged to have someone stay until we could get there, about 10 minutes past closing. The repair was perfect and we can’t begin to say enough about their amazing customer service. We highly recommend them.

Dr. Outinen along with everyone else, especially Mary, were all patient with me trying different brands and types of contact lenses. I came in knowing nothing about wearing contact lenses and spent half an hour to just put on one lens, to now comfortably putting on contacts as the morning routine. I understand that chair time is a big factor for optometrists and it can be frustrating to see patients for a long time but nothing works. Thank you for making it work for me and ordering the two brands for me in the end! It took a few months and maybe 6 visits in total. Will certainly recommend pearle vision pittsford office to anyone else.
