  Making the appointment was super easy. I like that I can make my own appointment online. Upon arrival, I was taken right in, and the doctor was very patient with me. I feel confident that my prescription will be perfect, as he took a lot of time with me. They have a great selection of glasses in many different price ranges. I found several I liked. Employees were extremely helpful while choosing frames. I needed two pairs because of computer work. I ended up getting both pairs in the same style because I liked it so well. I would highly recommend.

  We have gone to a few eye doctors with disappointment in the experiences. We decided to try Pearle Vision in Pittsford Plaza. We were very impressed! We were greeted immediately by Brooke at the desk. She was witty and personable- perfect for that position. They were running on time which is always appreciated. The doctor was knowledgeable and quickly called in a referral to Cornerstone for treatment. I'm thankful for a positive experience at Pearle.

  The entire staff are always professional and friendly. On a previous visit they identified a major issue with my eyes that I am now getting treatment for. The frame selection is great. The service is fantastic, always willing to help you find a great frame and getting you the best deal by comparing store discounts to your insurance. I have been going to this location for over 10 years.
