Yes, but it was good, covering a whole lot more stuff about feet than my mind could absorb in the timeframe. Regardless, I made the expensive purchase. The “overwhelm of information” robbed me of some sleep that night, so I went back the next day. Darlene listened to me patiently. She addressed my concerns, helped me with some new purchases with my store credit, and we had a few laughs. I do look forward to coming back in the future and will most certainly ask for Darlene. Methinx that some, if not a lot, of the bad reviews out there are based in customers not really absorbing all the info presented upfront … and perhaps coupled with communication skills that interfere with good resolutions.
