Dr. Outinen was kind, personable, gentle in manner and with the administration of the exam. He was generous with providing time during the exam to assist me to answer the questions as well as I could. Additionally he answered questions I had with thorough explanation. To me, it was pleasant to be there, as opposed to just wanting to get the appointment done. I have never had a better experience with eye care. Thank you!
