- JPJames PatrickMar 25, 20265.0Everyone was great. I can’t recommend them enough. I went with my mom to get hers and I was impressed and got me to thinking maybe I should get mine checked out. At almost 45 didn’t think I needed them, even though I knew my one ear was pretty bad. I hear great again! It’s helped improve my tinnitus as well. The process was very easy. They teach you how to put them in and how to control them from the app, which I love. They’re also Bluetooth, so you can listen to music and answer your calls, amazing! Gotta love technology. Thanks guys!

The medical team took the time to truly listen to my concerns, explain my options in clear language, and craft a personalized care plan that worked for me. It never felt rushed or impersonal, which is rare in today’s healthcare system. Their facilities are state-of-the-art, clean, and welcoming — you can tell they care about every detail of the patient experience. - BKBonnie kaseApr 11, 20231.0After hearing test was told I had a mass or tumor behind my ear. Went to ent. No mass. No tumor Husband went there again to get his hearing aid fixed. The owner said he has the vanity hearing aids and why didn't he get the ones behind the ears - how arrogant.
