- DDDavid DaisDec 5, 20251.0I went here a few times and Dr. Sussman actually was a good dentist, but his office staff made me have to find a new dentist. Sonya and Katie who both work at the front desk are the worst. Because of my dental plan, certain things I have to get reimbursed back for. When they need to get paid it’s never a problem, but when I need to get paid now we have a problem. I had to go back to them multiple times asking for the same documentation or if they sent sent something for which they lied. Finally wound up having to do everything myself and wallah, no problems. Would not be back here again because of the headaches I went through with them.
