  We had to wait about half an hour after our appointment. Quest sent a survey, after I expressed my disappointment, the survey reported and error. The same thing happened to another patient. Looks like they manipulate their survey data.

  Every time I go to this Quest location in Riverhead, I have the best experience. Setting up an appointment online is easy peasy. The morning of the test I get a text with a link that I can click on when I get there to check in, no kiosk needed. Right away my name is on the TV screen and I am called in within minutes- bada bing, bada boom. Staff members are always pleasant and professional. I also bring my adult son with autism here and they are absolutely amazing with him. The results are ready online so quickly too!! This is the ONLY place I will get bloodwork done.
