  Unfortunately, Camille always cannot find my information in the system. It’s unfortunate if I was prescribed something and it’s not documented in my chart. Everything should be documented. I’ve worked for north well before and one thing for sure and two things for certain everything should be documented especially if I’m getting it from this office today. I tried to make an appointment and Camille said she couldn’t find what I was prescribed and I told her well do you want me to wait and so you can find it because this is something that should be documented instead she acts well do you want to further with your appointment? No, I want to understand why my things are not documented with my chart. This is an ongoing issue. I recommend when you call to just speak to who is in charge because these people do not know what they’re doing and quite frankly Camille has been working there for a little while. Now she should now understand what has to be done. And that if something’s not documented, maybe she should go and find out who knows the right answers instead of telling a person oh I don’t know. I don’t see it there.

  I switched to this office many years ago and have been very happy with Dr Hunter and the women there. A few weeks ago I received a letter that one of the women was leaving, today another ....and Dr Hunter is out on maternity leave. So , this office is now exclusively male practitioners. I'm not a fan of this . So many women have been through so many things in their lives and don't want random men down there . Time to find a new office all together. It's a bad sign when all the ladies vacate an office

  Would never recommend. I decided for my third pregnancy, to switch from StoneyBrook to here just to be closer to home. I wish when I called to schedule and was told the midwife I was recommended left the practice, that I took that as a sign of what was to come. As others have noted, some of the front desk staff are not very helpful. More than once, I was waiting, to overhear that I was never checked in. Multiple appointments were booked incorrectly, or just were not booked all together. I asked multiple times to be scheduled with ONLY delivering doctors/midwives to get to know potential providers that could deliver my child, and NEVER was scheduled this way. I was still going there at 7 months pregnant, and still had not met one potential provider that could deliver my child. Even more frustrating, every time I would see a different provider I would get told something different. One would say, you need to book an extra sono, the next would say no that’s unnecessary cancel that , then the next would say yes you do need it reschedule. This caused so much extra stress and confusion for me, when I haven’t even had a high risk pregnancy. While a patient there, another provider left the practice- not a good sign when providers are leaving the practice!!! I finally decided I was completely uncomfortable with the practice and couldn’t imagine delivering my baby with them. I have since switched back to Stoneybrook midwives and wish I had never stopped going there. SO much more professional, and organized, with excellent providers.
