  To leave a message for your Physician and/ or changing appointments be prepared to be On Hold for Over 20 minutes.every 30 seconds you hear how Important our call is or you will be helped "momentarily"... In addition, reminders are sent by text with 2 options...Yes or No. If you answer Yes, you get a thank you note. If No, you get that response did not go through. See above re excessive waiting on hold. If your Drs and PAs were not so good, I would have already changed my Drs. But, I am getting close...🙁
