  This place is amazing!!! All of the staff, literally ALL of them are wonderful! I came in feeling very ill from low iron and was nervous about infusions. The Nurses there took such excellent and exceptional care of me, really made me like a person, not just a patient. The nurses in the infusion suite were like family. Sat with me when they could, answered all of my questions, made me really comfortable, had me laughing, gave me a blanket and tried to feed me lol... I have to honestly say that I cannot wait to go back lol, who says that?! Thank you Northwell for having beautiful caring people there, they too deserve the best because they give their best and care about us patients

  Horrible place they don’t listen to you they ignore how you feel they don’t take you serious and they gas light you I had to call 8 times befor some one would call me back

  5-Star Review for Northwell Health Cancer Institute in Riverhead, NY I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Northwell Health Cancer Institute in Riverhead, NY. From the moment I walked in for my iron infusion consultation to my first infusion, the care and compassion I received were truly exceptional. Kathy, Jordan, and the entire staff were beyond amazing. They were so kind, patient with my endless questions, and incredibly reassuring during such a stressful time. A special thank you to Cynthia, my NP, who was always understanding and compassionate. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel cared for every step of the way. Kathy deserves all the gratitude in the world—her hugs were exactly what I needed during my toughest moments. She helped me through emotional breakdowns when I was overwhelmed with everything going on, from dealing with my period and fibroids to just feeling unwell. Her kindness and warmth made all the difference. This team went above and beyond for me during my iron infusions and blood transfusion, and I felt genuinely cared for every single visit. I highly recommend the Northwell Health Cancer Institute to anyone in need of exceptional care. They’re not just medical professionals—they truly make you feel like family.   Great people. Everyone is a caring professional. You will be surprised by the depth of concern for your physical and emotional suffering demonstrated by each nurse. Crying and laughing is accommodated.
