Personas que van al gym es mejor no yevar nada de valor mucho menos efectivo ay ladrones en ese lugar y veo que no soy la única que a pasado ese mal momento..

I think it’s one of the best gyms in the Bushwick area for PF members. Yesterday. I unfortunately got my belongings stolen. I was upset about it because I know there are signs already stating planet fitness is not responsible for stolen items. However I got my hoody, fleece, sweatpants and keys stolen. I was stuck at the gym because I had nothing warm to wear. Also locked out of my home. I felt stuck. Jesus the GM of that location assisted on helping me anyway. One of his coworkers I’m so sorry I forgot her name but I believe it did begin with an N was so kind she went out of her way to buy me a hoody and sweatpants so I can atleast walk home in the cold. Even though I did get my belongings stolen. The amount of support they provided to help me resolve this made me happy enough to still continue to come here. However I know it’s silly of me not to do it in the beginning. But definitely bring a lock if you plan to leave anything in the locker rooms. I got too comfortable even though I was able to not feel worried for a year. It still Ended up happening. Great Service by the staff though very grateful. Thank you

It is a 3 minute walk and afterwards you can do your groceries. I see people often cleaning the machines after use. The atmosphere is okay. 1 small minus, please fix the foot pedal on the rowing machine. Staff is polite. Helpful. I once left my phone in the changing room and still could have get it back without nobody stealing or taking it...kudos
