  i found Kanter rehab and Physical therapy to be a good clean rehab center. I have been attending the center for 3 years and is currently still attending occasionally. i find the chiropractors to be very well trained and professional with the exception of Dr. “ D”. i found her to be quite patronizing ( maybe even racist ; I am African American) . She says to me at the end of the treatment on Dec 26, 2025 “ Let me help you i know this is the hardest part of the treatment “ Dr. D was clearly be patronizing and condescending because she knows full well i have no problem getting up from the chiropractor table and don’t require her assistance Another time i was discussing loosing a couple of pounds “ she says to me “ try leaving some food on the plate “ how unprofessional; 2 weeks After the chiropractor treatment on Dec. 26 , 2025 - I was so sore i had to go to the hospital . i don’t trust her ; . As God is my witness Doctor “ D” will never touch me again.

  The chiropractor is very good , but the whole process of making a appointment is useless and there's just a signup sheet at desk with no track of appointment time . I came into today schedule a 10:45 am appointment waited in waiting area asked again at 11:10am , when I be seen was told that needed for room 1 to be available then I would be next . Couldn't wait anymore as i needed to use bathroom and was told that the patients bathroom was out of order , in other words not even offer alternative including staff bathroom after waiting to be seen . Couldn't even suggest a bathroom near by that I could use . For office manager please train your employees on empathy and that your providing a medical services for people already in pain . Also distinguished the difference between an appointment and a walk in . Patients also have other priorities and appointments to do on a day off , waiting over 20 min without even checking in on patient is horrible and complete disrespect of their time . Please do better

  Both doctor are great & the people very friendly! I feel great with they therapy very proud of them!

  Made an appointment for 10:45 and they put it in as 11. Average an hour wait time. People who came after me got in before me. Awful professionalism. Underneath this post they responded denying that my visit time was over an hour. This is patently false and also discounts that I literally had to demand to be seen or they would have continued putting people ahead of me.

  Amazing group of therapists taking great care. Dr D and Dr Liu are amazing. Special thanks to a therapist Daniel I saw for the first time today. Daniel did an amazing session with my left shoulder. I wish he can continue to help me.
