If I could give this place zero stars I would. The doctor and staff are so incompetent. The appointments are so far out to see the PCP and when you finally get an appt you are waiting a MINIMUM of two hours to even be seen by the doctor. They are not helpful at all in resolving any issues whether you have a medical issue that’s been ongoing to getting a referral.

Horrible patient care at an NYU Langone affiliated facility. Overbooking appointments on top of already over booked schedules just to collect insurance payments. Patients be aware of the long waits and unresponsive Management who would just give you the sad, petiful "I'm so sorry this is happening" response as if this is not their day-to-day operation. This the reason you will find yourself receiving a notice that your Physician is departing soon.
