  I had my bloodwork done by Jazmin, and she was truly excellent. I’m someone who gets very nervous about having blood drawn, but she made the entire process quick and comfortable. She was very understanding when I told her I’m anxious about getting my blood taken, and she was patient, kind, and reassuring throughout the whole experience. Her professionalism and calm demeanor really helped ease my nerves. I’m very grateful for how smoothly everything went thanks to her. Thai you Jazmin!!

  I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a serious mistake that occurred with my son’s recent medical orders. There were two specialist orders in my son’s chart, but the clinic staff only reviewed one and sent to only one specialist. The second order was not processed. Because of this oversight, my son had to go through unnecessary delays and even had to have blood drawn again due to this error. This situation is very concerning. As a parent, I expect medical staff to carefully review patient orders and ensure that all instructions from the doctor are followed correctly. A child’s health is extremely important, and mistakes like this should not happen due to lack of attention or proper review.

  Aaliyah at intake reception has the nicest, warmest, admirable personal touch ! Ricordel who did my venipuncture was so very gentle and careful. The lab techs behind the scene do rapidly awesome work. No surprises in my results. Conclusively, absolutely, a seamless experience.
