    I chose Dr. Sarah Reynolds expecting professional and respectful care, but my experience was disappointing. I felt rushed during visits and didn't feel my concerns were fully heard or clearly explained. What stood out most was that my partner was not acknowledged during the appointment, which made the interaction feel dismissive and uncomfortable. Some parts of the exam also lacked clear communication, adding to the stress of the visit. Patients deserve attentive care, respectful bedside manner, and inclusive communication, and unfortunately this experience did not meet those expectations.Personally, will not go back.

    My wife has been a patient at Northwell Health Physician Partners Maternal Fetal Health, Obstetrics and Gynecology at Rego Park, and our experience has been incredibly frustrating. Her appointments were canceled multiple times without any communication from the clinic, which was highly inconvenient and stressful, especially given the nature of maternal fetal health. On one occasion, after a cancellation, we discovered she had been rescheduled for another appointment, but we were never notified of this new date or time. When we proactively called them to try and sort out the scheduling and reschedule, we were told they would call us back. That callback never came. This consistent lack of communication and follow-through is deeply concerning and unacceptable from a healthcare provider. It has made us feel completely disregarded and has severely impacted our confidence in their administrative processes. We strongly urge them to improve their communication and organizational systems for the sake of their patients.

    Today I had a 10:30 appointment. Which i unfortunately did not make on time due to The significant delays of the train. I made sure to call to let front desk know & now I’m being told new information of having a grace period of 15 minutes after my appointment time. This should’ve been communicated upon making the appointment at hand. Not to mention when I got there it was no where busy, waiting room had 2 ppl there. And being that I was already there even after my time as me being a first time patient I felt like they could’ve accommodated me. Even if I had to wait because of other appointments after me I would’ve been okay. But instead of having concern about what the patient is coming in for they were worried about lateness. Dr. Goldberg refused to see me by any means necessary. Won’t ever come here again.
