- JSJasper SpanoSep 8, 20255.0I have been to many pharmacies in my time. The Red Hook, New York Pharmacy is Tops (no pun intended). The pharmacy staff is well trained, caring and responsive. This is due to the leadership of Mr. Demetrios Sassos. I have been Chief of Human Resources in many places, and in that role I have frequently evaluated staff performance. I know what a quality workforce looks like when I see it. The other local pharmacies are good, but this one is outstanding. .
- JCJordon CihanekMar 19, 20245.0Truly caring and kind staff. I went in to pick up a prepaid prescription, and the pharmacist who had just clocked in didn’t realize it was set aside. They said it’s not here, no big deal, so I left and to my car. A moment before I was ready to drive off; the pharmacist came to my window to let me know they located it. For lack of a better term, this is what I consider above and beyond. Above: their pay grade (they didn’t get paid to chase me haha) and Beyond the confines of the Hannaford’s to make sure I got what I needed. Thank you hannaford’s pharmacy.
