Shower heater was broken so that was pretty uncomfortable and I feel that’s something that should be fixed immediately by any plumber that is nearby and when I read other reviews that it’s been broken for weeks that isn’t Good ownership. Smaller location but all was good except the shower being broken but especially the fact it’s not being fixed ASAP is the issue for me

No one wipes the sinks, the floors, sweeps cleans. Nothing was done. I am so glad I only went on a Free 1 Day trial. Ill stick with the Glens Falls YMCA. Awful place
