I spent around $600 on glasses, and when I came to pick them up (five minutes before closing), I wasn’t even given 60 seconds inside — no fitting check, no offer to help. They automatically loosened my frames without asking, as they’ve done before, and rushed me out the door. More recently, I took time from my vacation to get my glasses adjusted. I waited 15 minutes, only to watch another customer who arrived after me get help before me. Jim, a staff member I’ve had repeated issues with, told me only a doctor could fit my glasses — then also said I wasn’t allowed to make an appointment with the doctor. It was a dead end, and it seems Jim just doesn’t want to do his job. I’ve also overheard him making inappropriate political remarks in the store, which is unprofessional and uncomfortable. Because of all this, my husband and I have decided to take our vision care elsewhere. We’ve requested our prescriptions and records to transfer to a new provider. I would not recommend this location to anyone who values basic customer service, professionalism, or being treated with respect.
