- RWR WillisJul 18, 20251.0My experience at Pearle Vision has been consistently disappointing. I spent around $600 on glasses, and when I came to pick them up (five minutes before closing), I wasn’t even given 60 seconds inside — no fitting check, no offer to help. They automatically loosened my frames without asking, as they’ve done before, and rushed me out the door. More recently, I took time from my vacation to get my glasses adjusted. I waited 15 minutes, only to watch another customer who arrived after me get help before me. Jim, a staff member I’ve had repeated issues with, told me only a doctor could fit my glasses — then also said I wasn’t allowed to make an appointment with the doctor. It was a dead end, and it seems Jim just doesn’t want to do his job. I’ve also overheard him making inappropriate political remarks in the store, which is unprofessional and uncomfortable. Because of all this, my husband and I have decided to take our vision care elsewhere. We’ve requested our prescriptions and records to transfer to a new provider. I would not recommend this location to anyone who values basic customer service, professionalism, or being treated with respect.

- BPBrittany ParrishJun 6, 20251.0Was seen on June 6 2025. I left in tears because of how rude everyone was. From the moment you walk in rudeness. Kept getting belittled about my eyes. The eye Dr seems to be annoyed and kept telling me I was wrong about my eyes I was lying. He didn't even want to take the time to listen to me. Kept getting more annoyed when I was looking up by old contact prescription and he just kept saying did you find it yet? Then grabbed my phone so he could do it. The ladies taking the pictures of yours eyes was pushing on me and kept getting more and more rude and telling me over and over how I was doing it wrong to heavy and more. All the testing they kept getting mad at me. I felt so uneasy. They never told me I had to pay until after the appointment. I felt corneter and uneasy the whole time. I was scared to even speak or look at anyone. Shouldn't be judged. I'll never go back to this place! Do not go here!
