Club Pilates Long Island City is a boutique Pilates studio specializing in reformer fusion classes for anyone, at any age or fitness level. I had never done pilates before, but recently did an intro class and will definitely be back!
Jayleen at the front desk was very helpful with getting me set up for a membership.l

I joined the free trial class recently and everyone was so nice to work with! The class was welcoming and the pilates instructor was super accommodating- I could definitely see myself signing up for a membership.

I asked Alex to accommodate me with a refund, but he refused and only offered options that didn’t work for me. Instead of simply issuing the refund, he made the process unnecessarily difficult. This seems to be a recurring issue at this establishment, which is unfair to clients and reflects a focus on short-term gain over genuine customer satisfaction.

I signed up for the unlimited membership at Club Pilates, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite cancelling my membership, I continued to be charged monthly, with the amount increasing each time. Thankfully, my bank has refunded me on several occasions, but dealing with these repeated charges has been both frustrating and time-consuming. Several of my friends have faced similar issues, suggesting this is not an isolated case but a recurring problem. Club Pilates’ billing practices are questionable, and their customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful in resolving these concerns. I strongly advise against signing up for a membership with Club Pilates.
